Car
Trogir is located near The Adriatic Motorway which conects the south of Croatia with Europe.
If coming from the north, the main road D1 that goes from Zagreb through Karlovac, Gracac and Knin, will lead you to Trogir.
If you are coming from Italy, you will need to follow the coastal road through Rijeka, Senj, Zadar and Sibenik.
When you arrive in Trogir you should pass through the center, over the first bridge and then after crossing the second bridge, turn right onto Okrug Gornji which connects the island city of Trogir and Čiovo.
Car Ferry
There are regular daily ferry lines from Rijeka to Split. Split is Croatia's largest port and is well connected by ferry to the following ports in Italy: Ancona, Bari, Naples and Venice.
Ferry
During the summer there are frequent ferry lines especially between Split and other Dalmatian islands (Brač, Hvar, Solta). There is also ferry line to Ancona and Pescara in Italy to Split ferry port. Bus
Frequent buses operate local routes on the mainland and islands (bus station is close to the centre of Trogir). On the islands timetables are geared to ferry arrivals and departures.
Train
Split is connected by rail to the rest of Croatia and Europe. The railway station is located in the center of Split, next to the port and bus station.
